Coriander, although categorised within the ‘spicy’ family of essential oils is significantly milder than the likes of Clove, Cardamom and Cinnamon and ideal to use for people with sensitive skin types.
Coriander seeds are used in the extraction process for this oil, which are taken from the plant once the flowers, or ‘umbels’ die back at the end of the season.
