Prolonged or excessive restraining of Muscles can be the cause of accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. As soon as the lactic acid comes into contact with the nerves, the muscle pain sensation arises. With joint pains, the cause is somewhat unclear, and may be due to sprain, dislocation or overload. If the joint pain is chronic, it may indicate Arthritis (inflammation) or, for example, osteoarthritis (Wear), but overload (such as with a tennis elbow) may also be the cause.

We have a delicious mix for you that is 100% natural and can offer relief: Use the 100% pure and pure essential oil of Tisserand in a pure vegetable base oil and apply by gently massaging the sensitive muscles and joints.

You can choose from the 100% Pure Basic Oil of Jojoba, Grape Seed, Peach Kernel, Wheat Germ or Sweet Almond.

Start with 10ml of base oil and add the following:

2 drops of organic Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil. Rosemary has warming properties and also stimulates blood flow. As a result, it helps to remove the waste faster.

2 drops of Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) essential oil. Cypress has a wonderful effect and is often used in aromatherapy for muscle pain and joint pain due to the anti-inflammatory effect.

1 drop (Lavandula angustifolia) Lavender essential oil. Lavender oil is a very versatile oil, with soothing and calming effect. In addition, the oil is antiseptic and is very suitable for inflammation and muscle pain.

Apply this in small amounts by gently massaging. Repeat this as often as necessary.

The combination of these three oils not only has a relieving effect on the muscles and joints, but also spreads a wonderfully pleasant scent.

We would love to hear how you like it!
